Card Details
Shiboshi is card V054 in Rise of the Pack, the opening set of Doginal Dogs Legends.
The card is a full-art Pirate creature.
It costs 4 mana and has 4 Attack and 2 HP.
Its Haunt text takes out any creatures that defeated it in combat.
How It Works
In the game, Haunt triggers when a creature is defeated; the card goes to the graveyard, then its Haunt text resolves.
Pirate is one of five classes, alongside Crown, Bow, Wizard and Zombie, and the rulebook says Pirate decks favor fast boards.
Game Background
Doginal Dogs Legends, or DDL TCG, is a card game built for collectors and competitive play.
Rise of the Pack has 111 cards, each with original hand-drawn artwork inspired by the Doginal Dogs collection.
Two players face off with 40-card decks, and each Hero starts at 40 HP.
The game can also be played online.
The DDL site invites fans to meet and connect with thousands of players in the Doginal Dogs community.
Shibo’s Activity
Background: Shibo is co-founder of Doginal Dogs, and his X bio names Doginal Dogs and DDLTCG.
The same day, Shibo reposted the DDLTCG announcement of the official DDLTCG Championship, an in-person tournament for Legends players from around the world.
Shibo’s pinned post on X, from Sept. 5, 2026, praised the love and loyalty the Doginal Dogs community showed each other at DDNYC.
In that post, he told the community the team was proud of them all.
Doginal Dogs’ DDMiami 2026 runs Dec. 7 to 9, 2026, in Miami, billed as three days of events, food, drinks, art and music.
Ownership and Utility
Ownership of physical cards connects directly to playable utility in both physical and online matches. The Haunt mechanic rewards strategic timing during combat sequences. Pirate class builds emphasize quick creature deployment that aligns with the card’s abilities. Collectors maintain direct ties to the game’s core rules through these original artworks. Community shares like the one from Neb reinforce active participation in the card ecosystem.
Why It Matters
Each card adds a specific layer to deck construction and match outcomes. The full-art treatment distinguishes Rise of the Pack within the broader collection. The upcoming DDMiami event extends these connections into in-person play sessions.
