What holders receive
The feature lets users move USDC from Tangem Pay to a United States bank account. Support covers USDC on Polygon, Base and Arbitrum. Recipients can include the user’s own account, another person’s account or a business account. Each transfer uses either ACH or FedWire rails.
How the process works
Users begin by selecting Withdraw in the app and choosing the bank transfer option. They enter the amount and recipient details before reviewing the transaction. Confirmation requires a tap on the Tangem hardware card. The receiving bank must be located in the United States. The recipient’s address can be anywhere in the world.
Availability details
The bank transfer option appears in the app only where the Tangem Pay account was verified. Availability therefore depends on the country of verification. Users in supported locations see the option directly in the interface.
Additional wallet movement
Holders can also return USDC or USDT from Tangem Pay to their Tangem Wallet. The wallet itself remains non-custodial. Tangem Pay functions as a separate payment account within the same application.
Steps from the help center
The Tangem help center outlines a clear sequence. Open the Withdraw section. Select bank transfer. Provide the amount and recipient information. Review the details and complete the send. This flow keeps control with the user through each stage.
Network and rail choices
Tangem confirmed the supported networks as Polygon, Base and Arbitrum. Users select ACH or FedWire for every payout. The choice allows flexibility based on the specific transfer needs.
Separate account structure
Tangem Pay operates alongside the Tangem Wallet without altering its non-custodial design. The payment account handles the bank transfer function while the wallet continues to manage holdings independently.
